Job Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a high-profile or fine-dining environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Food handler’s license and TIPS alcohol certification may be required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic math skills
Proficiency with POS systems
Ability to stand and walk for 6 or more hours
Ability to lift trays or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and major holidays

Job Qualifications

Basic math skills for processing transactions
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Food handler’s license and TIPS alcohol certification preferred

Job Duties

Greet members and guests promptly and provide immediate attention once seated
Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer food and wine pairing recommendations
Accurately record orders in a POS system and communicate special dietary needs to the culinary team
Set and reset tables according to club standards and clear used dishes between courses
Ensure service stations remain fully stocked and organized
Process member charges and guest bills accurately, capturing member numbers and signatures
Complete pre-shift and post-shift side work including cleaning and organizing work areas
