Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations
- must have compassion for and desire to work with seniors
- must perform job duties in a courteous and professional manner
- must work as part of the dietary team to ensure efficient operation
- must be honest, fair, dependable, and respect confidentiality and privacy
- must communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public
- must meet all health requirements
- must pass criminal background check

- follow all health and safety regulations and requirements
- communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
- maintain a courteous and professional demeanor throughout shift
