Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
  • Maximize sales by upselling menu items and promoting daily specials
  • Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
