Job Duties

Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
Maximize sales by upselling menu items and promoting daily specials
Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
Handle cash and credit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
