Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written and spoken English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and noisy environments
  • Compliance with drug, alcohol, and smoking policies

Job Duties

  • Serve all guests with interest, speed, and attention to detail according to our service standards
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders quickly and courteously to guest
  • Be prepared to supply guests with information about your restaurant and the company
  • Perform opening, running, shift change and closing duties as assigned
  • Read and complete side work posted by management
  • Ensure all side work is checked by a manager or shift leader
  • Maintain professionalism and avoid complaints about guests or discussing tips
