Job Duties
- greet and seat customers promptly and courteously
- take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen

- prepare sushi dishes according to restaurant standards
- assist in food preparation and kitchen cleanliness
- support sushi chefs with ingredient preparation and inventory management
