Job Duties
- serve meals to residents following Hawthorn procedures in a courteous and friendly manner
- present meals and meal alternatives to residents and guests
- maintain general knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- communicate clearly and concisely with residents
- demonstrate organizational skills and excellent customer service
- work well under time constraints and meet deadlines
- uphold hospitality, integrity, and compassion in all interactions
