The role of Server at Integral Senior Living is both vital and rewarding. This position is centered around providing exceptional dining service to the residents and guests of the community. Servers are entrusted with taking meal and drink orders, serving meals promptly and courteously, and ensuring that every resident's dining experience is satisfying and enjoyable. The role demands an understanding of daily specials and all menu items, along with the responsibility to maintain side stations and dining areas in impeccable condition. Servers follow strict cleaning schedules and adhere to all safety and loss prevention procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming dining environment. Additional duties include setting up and cleaning the dining room while upholding ISL’s high hospitality and service standards. This position requires someone who enjoys working with seniors, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is flexible with scheduling to meet the dynamic needs of the community.
