- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday including nights and holidays
- Outgoing personality and professional attitude
- Strong wine knowledge and ability to recommend wines
- Experience with proper steps of service

- Confidence and ability to provide high-quality service consistently

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Offer knowledgeable wine recommendations and independently perform wine service
- Follow proper steps of service to ensure a fine dining experience
- Maintain professionalism, confidence, and an outgoing personality during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Work scheduled shifts including nights and holidays, Wednesday through Sunday
