Job Requirements
- Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
- Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform continuous repetitive motions
- Comfortable working in hot, humid and noisy environments
Job Qualifications
- Some high school education or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year of serving experience preferred
- Minimum one year of restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and courteous service
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service policies
- Capability to handle multiple tables efficiently
Job Duties
- Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
- Distribute food and wine menus and answer questions
- Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner
- Clear, clean and reset tables that have been vacated
- Consistently follow local and state laws and the club’s policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages
- Perform other appropriate duties assigned by the A la Carte Manager or Manager on Duty
