Employment is in person, allowing you to engage directly with guests and teammates in a dynamic environment.
The Server/Busser role involves greeting guests warmly and taking food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring that every request is handled with professionalism and care. You will serve meals and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, contributing to the overall dining atmosphere. Clearing tables efficiently after guests finish their meals is a crucial part of the role, as is assisting with bussing duties that include resetting tables for new visitors and maintaining a tidy dining space. Your efforts help create a seamless flow from seating to meal service and clean-up.
Additionally, you will support kitchen staff by communicating guest needs and ensuring timely delivery of orders, helping to maintain smooth operations throughout the restaurant. Basic cleaning tasks like sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies will also be part of your duties, ensuring the dining area looks its best at all times. Providing friendly customer service by answering questions about menu items and accommodating special requests will allow you to enhance each guest’s experience.
