Job Requirements

  • minimum of 6 months experience as a server assistant or busperson in a high volume or upscale restaurant
  • ability to work varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • previous restaurant experience as a host, runner, busperson or server
  • previous hotel experience is a plus
  • willingness to work seasonal hours from March to September

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 6 months experience as a server assistant or busperson in high volume or upscale restaurant
  • ability to work varied schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • previous experience as a host, runner, busperson or server
  • strong teamwork and positive attitude
  • excellent communication skills
  • previous hotel experience preferred

Job Duties

  • support servers in clearing tables promptly
  • assist with resetting tables
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • replenish dining essentials like utensils and condiments
  • provide excellent guest service and respond to guest needs
  • work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
