The compensation package is competitive, starting at a minimum hourly wage of $7.25, with additional earnings derived from a percentage of sales and generous gratuities. Experienced servers at Greenbrier often earn $21 or more per hour depending on their skills and availability. Members of the service team play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience, serving lunch and dinner menus, themed buffets, special events, and most importantly, ensuring the satisfaction of the club's esteemed membership.
