Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is an asset but not mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude and a passion for food and hospitality
Basic math skills for handling payments
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is beneficial

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns efficiently
Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient service
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
Process payments and handle transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area throughout shift
