The role of Server at Red Robin is vital to delivering this unique experience. Servers at Red Robin are responsible for using handheld technology to take orders efficiently and accurately, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, and ensuring every guest leaves with a fun and satisfying dining experience. This position includes a base pay starting at $12.14 per hour plus tips, with hourly pay never falling below applicable minimum wage levels. Servers have excellent earnings potential through variable tips, allowing motivated individuals to increase their income significantly.
