We are currently hiring part-time and full-time Servers at our Hermitage location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Chili's family and take your skills and pay to the next level. Servers at Chili's are the front line ambassadors who deliver excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest enjoys their dining experience from start to finish. The pay rate ranges from $20 to $28 per hour including tips, with full-time positions earning between $800 and $1,120 weekly for 40 hours of work.
