Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews is a well-established high-volume, full-service restaurant known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe. The restaurant prides itself on delivering a dining experience that is both fun and memorable, highlighted by their world-famous steak fries and a commitment to fresh, quality ingredients. Red Robin values inclusivity, promoting a sense of belonging where both similarities and differences are celebrated. With a strong emphasis on hospitality, Red Robin channels unbridled energy and magnetic personalities to inspire their guests with delicious burgers that go beyond imagination. The workplace culture encourages connection, generosity, and ultimately making every guest smile. As a company, Red Robin offers excellent growth opportunities, with many managers having started as hourly team members. The mission is simple yet impactful: Make it fresh. Make it fun. Make it memorable. And above all, make ‘em smile.

The Server position at Red Robin comes with a pay rate of $16.90 plus tips, coupled with flexible work schedules and attractive benefits that offer both financial rewards and personal growth. As a Server, you will be an essential part of the Front of House service team, responsible for delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests using handheld technology to take accurate orders and serving food and beverages promptly. Great customer service skills are vital, as you will be the primary point of contact between the guests and the restaurant. This role is suited for those passionate about hospitality and looking to be part of a lively, supportive team environment that offers more than just a paycheck.

The Server role is eligible for great earnings beyond the base pay thanks to the potential for tips and additional compensation such as referral bonuses. You will also enjoy discounts on Red Robin’s food—50% for employees and 25% for family members. The company also offers an employee stock purchase program available after one year of service and meeting work hour requirements. Health insurance options include comprehensive coverage such as health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity. Retirement benefits with a 401k plan and company match of up to 4% of pay are available once eligibility criteria are met. Paid time off is earned based on hours worked, encouraging a good work-life balance. The application window is ongoing, reflecting Red Robin’s continual growth and commitment to building a dynamic team of dedicated hospitality professionals. Joining Red Robin means becoming part of a team that values fun, inclusivity, and genuine care for its guests and employees.
