We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated waiter/waitress to join our dynamic team at Harper's Restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and be skilled at managing food and beverage orders efficiently. Beyond the technical skills, we value individuals who demonstrate exceptional people skills, including attentiveness, patience, and a positive attitude towards our guests. This role is essential in delivering the outstanding service that our patrons have come to expect. Responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, assisting with menu recommendations, taking and delivering orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The waiter/waitress will act as the frontline ambassador for the restaurant, ensuring every guest has a pleasurable dining experience through friendly and courteous service, problem-solving capabilities, and teamwork. Additionally, candidates must be capable of upselling additional products appropriately and verifying IDs to prevent underage alcohol orders.
