The Server role at Red Robin is an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House service team where your primary responsibility will be to create memorable dining experiences for guests. Servers at Red Robin are entrusted with taking orders using handheld technology, delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable time from arrival to departure. Beyond just fulfilling orders, servers play a crucial role in representing Red Robin's unique brand of hospitality by providing attentive, friendly, and fun service. This position is hourly, with a base pay of $12.15 per hour plus tips, guaranteeing earnings will not fall below applicable minimum wage. In addition to hourly pay, servers have excellent earning potential through tips and can participate in various incentive programs.

This role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and possess outstanding customer service skills to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
