The Server position at Red Robin plays a critical role in the Front of House team. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to efficiently operate handheld ordering technology
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capable of standing and moving for long periods
- must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- prior experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling payments
