The Server position at Red Robin is a vital role within the Front of House service team, focused on delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. While the base pay starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips, servers have the opportunity to earn additional income through variable tips, with the understanding that the hourly wage will never fall below the applicable minimum wage. Being at least 18 years of age is a requirement for this role.
