The Server role at Red Robin is an exciting and dynamic frontline position essential to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for interacting with guests by taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks accurately and promptly, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied with their meal and service. This position is part of the Front of House team, demanding excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests. Red Robin offers a competitive base pay of $16.90 per hour plus tips, with the opportunity for great earnings through gratuities.

This job requires candidates to be at least 18 years old and provides flexible work schedules to accommodate varying availability. Servers are eligible for a generous 50% discount on Red Robin food and a 25% discount for their family members. The company also rewards employees for bringing new team members with referral bonuses, supporting a strong and growing team dynamic.
