The Server role at Red Robin is a vital part of the Front of House service team. Servers are responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, ensuring food and drinks are served accurately and promptly, and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to all guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Servers enjoy a competitive base pay starting at $10.98 per hour plus tips, with hourly wages never falling below the applicable minimum wage. Tips provide an attractive earnings opportunity, rewarding excellent service. The role is suitable for applicants aged 18 or older and offers flexible work schedules, making it an ideal fit for a variety of lifestyles.
