The Server role at Red Robin is a vital part of the Front of House service team. Servers are responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, ensuring food and drinks are served accurately and promptly, and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to all guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Servers enjoy a competitive base pay starting at $10.98 per hour plus tips, with hourly wages never falling below the applicable minimum wage. Tips provide an attractive earnings opportunity, rewarding excellent service. The role is suitable for applicants aged 18 or older and offers flexible work schedules, making it an ideal fit for a variety of lifestyles. In addition to competitive pay, Servers benefit from a generous employee meal discount of 50% on Red Robin food and 25% for family members. The role also includes referral bonuses for bringing new team members on board, an employee stock purchase program available after one or more years of service, and comprehensive insurance coverage including health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans for eligible employees aged 18 or older. Retirement benefits include a 401k plan with company match up to 4% of pay, accessible to employees 21 or older after one year of service and meeting the hours worked criteria. Furthermore, Servers can enjoy paid time off accrued at a rate of 0.0192 hours for each hour worked after more than one year of service and working at least 35 hours per week.
