The Server position at Red Robin is essential to the guest experience and involves much more than just taking food orders. Servers are the frontline ambassadors of the brand, providing timely, accurate, and fun dining experiences using handheld technology to take orders efficiently. Beyond ensuring that guests’ food and drinks are delivered correctly and in a timely manner, servers are expected to engage guests positively, creating memorable interactions that keep customers coming back. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a busy, high-volume restaurant environment. While the base pay starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips, hourly earnings will not fall below the applicable minimum wage and servers have substantial earning potential through tips.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- legal authorization to work in the country
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
