Job Requirements
- Must be available to work every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday
- Available to work some holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, and reach
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 30 pounds on occasion
- Willingness to work in hot, humid, and/or noisy environments
- Ability to work 20-28 hours per week
- Must be able to adhere to company hospitality promises
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service
- Capable of maintaining professionalism and courtesy in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Prepares service station, sets tables, and completes other opening duties as requested by the Manager
- Run food and drinks to tables
- Assist in clearing tables in a timely manner
- Buss tables after guest service is complete
- Attends pre-shift meetings
- Anticipates resident and guest needs and reacts appropriately to deliver excellent experiences
- Breaks down and cleans service area, and carries out other closing duties as requested by the Manager
