The role available is for a part-time Server at The Blake at Lafayette, one of QSL Management’s premier senior living communities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and enjoy a pleasant dining experience. Servers at The Blake at Lafayette are expected to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and beverage options, and to guide guests accordingly. The job includes responsibilities in both the dining and bar or coffee shop areas, requiring flexibility and a willingness to assist as needed. Attention to detail is paramount, as maintaining or exceeding standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health in dining areas is essential. The Server is also responsible for accurately taking orders and collaborating with the team to deliver prompt and world-class service. Additional duties include setting and resetting tables according to company standards, assisting with meal preparation when requested, managing stock levels in the bar and coffee shop, and supporting special events and activities.
