Job Duties

  • Make all of our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them
  • Build relationships with regulars, remembering their names, preferences, and needs
  • Make genuine recommendations that you feel your guests will enjoy
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system (Toast POS experience is a plus)
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
  • Communicate regularly with your tables, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
