Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with food handling practices and health regulations within the food industry
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation management systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest services and communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties
- The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and inviting demeanor
- Manage the seating chart using OpenTable or similar reservation systems to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort
- Assist in coordinating the flow of service between the front of house and kitchen staff
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions
- Answer phone calls regarding reservations and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area
- Collaborate with servers and bussers to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with grace, escalating issues to management when necessary
