The position available is for energetic and friendly servers to join the dining services team, serving meals to the community's wonderful residents and their guests. This role is designed with flexibility in mind, accommodating employees’ schedules whether they are balancing school or other life commitments. Servers at The Ridge play a critical role in ensuring that meal service is conducted smoothly and with genuine hospitality. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment. Servers also participate in setting the dining room for following meals and cooperate with other departments to provide exceptional service.

Compensation for this role includes a generous benefits package featuring $60 monthly contributions toward high-quality health, dental, and vision insurance, with options to include family members. The Ridge also provides company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a 401k plan. Employees enjoy a generous paid time off policy, accumulating up to two weeks of PTO in the first year, excluding holidays, with the liberty to choose their own holidays. Ideal candidates are those with a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent in English, equipped with excellent customer service skills, and capable of working harmoniously within a team. Prior knowledge or understanding of industrial dishwashing equipment is beneficial. Applicants must also be COVID-19 vaccinated to meet health and safety protocols.
