This position offers a unique opportunity to join PSL as a Server, a role central to shaping the daily experiences of senior residents by ensuring their dining needs are met with care and professionalism. The starting wage for this position is $16 per hour, with shifts yet to be determined, offering flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time associates. As a Server, you will play an essential role in preparing and serving food to residents within scheduled time frames while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in food service and dining areas. Prior experience in hospitality, full-service restaurants, or senior living environments is preferred to ensure familiarity with the standards and expectations of high-quality food service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience in hospitality, full-service or senior living environment preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • capacity to maintain cleanliness standards in food service areas
  • physical capability to stand and walk for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year relevant experience in hospitality or senior living preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
