The Server role at PSL is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about serving seniors and making a positive impact in their daily lives. The position offers a starting wage of $14.50 to $15.00 per hour and is open to candidates available for any shift, providing great flexibility. Servers at PSL are responsible for preparing and serving food to residents, maintaining cleanliness in food service areas including kitchens and dining rooms, and ensuring timely and courteous service. This role is critical in enhancing the dining experience for seniors and requires excellent communication skills, good judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, full-service restaurants, or senior living environments are preferred. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living
  • Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision making abilities
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness in food service areas

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room

  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service
  • Assist in setting up dining areas and restocking supplies as needed
