Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prepare and serve food in a timely manner
  • Ability to clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow health and safety guidelines consistently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
  • Good judgment problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience in senior living environment is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items and serve food to residents within scheduled time frame
  • Clean and maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining room
  • Communicate effectively in English with residents and staff both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrate good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
  • Assist in setting up dining areas and replenishing supplies
  • Provide friendly and respectful service to all residents
