The Server position at Pegasus Senior Living is pivotal in delivering outstanding dining experiences to residents in a senior living community. The role involves preparing and serving food to residents within scheduled time frames, ensuring all service areas including kitchens and dining rooms are clean and well-maintained. Servers at PSL are not just food service providers; they play a critical role in enhancing the residents' daily lives by offering compassionate, attentive, and friendly service. The position offers flexible scheduling options including AM and PM shifts, catering to both full-time and part-time associates. With a salary range of $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, pay is competitive and based on factors including education, experience, and relevant certifications.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- minimum of one year relevant hospitality experience preferred
- willingness to work flexible AM or PM shifts
- physical ability to perform duties including standing and walking for extended periods
- commitment to quality customer service and resident care
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year relevant experience in hospitality full-service or senior living preferred
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- good judgment problem solving and decision-making skills
- experience working with seniors preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
