Job Requirements
- Previous fine dining or high-profile guest service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience
- excellent knowledge of food, preparation, and wines
- strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to engage guests dynamically and interactively
- excellent teamwork and collaboration
- ability to remain composed under pressure
- reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests warmly and enthusiastically
- present and describe menu items professionally and clearly
- take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
- anticipate guest needs and provide creative, personalized service
- collaborate with the team for a smooth, high-energy service
- follow hotel and union policies, including safety, hygiene, and service standards
- participate in concept-specific trainings and briefings
