Job Requirements

  • Previous fine dining or high-profile guest service experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience
  • excellent knowledge of food, preparation, and wines
  • strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to engage guests dynamically and interactively
  • excellent teamwork and collaboration
  • ability to remain composed under pressure
  • reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

  • Greet and engage guests warmly and enthusiastically

  • take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • anticipate guest needs and provide creative, personalized service
  • collaborate with the team for a smooth, high-energy service
  • follow hotel and union policies, including safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • participate in concept-specific trainings and briefings
