Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Ability to follow instructions and restaurant policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service roles preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Promote a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Attend to guests' needs and enhance their dining experience
- Display enthusiasm and knowledge about products and promotions
- Assist other Servers to ensure excellent service
- Understand product specifications and ensure accurate billing
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility issues to management
- Follow correct table bussing procedures
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
