Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- availability to work four scheduled shifts per week
- commitment to work exclusively at Tria during employment
- intention to stay employed at Tria for at least one year
- willingness to attend bi-weekly training sessions every other Wednesday at noon
- ability to contribute positively to a diverse and inclusive work environment
Job Qualifications
- passion for fine wine and genuine hospitality
- experience in a restaurant or wine bar setting preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to commit to a minimum of four shifts per week
- willingness to engage in ongoing educational training
- ability to work exclusively at Tria for at least one year
- team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and equity
Job Duties
- provide genuine hospitality and exceptional service to guests
- engage guests in meaningful and enjoyable conversations about wine and menu offerings
- participate actively in ongoing training sessions to deepen knowledge of wine, cheese, beer, cocktails, and food
- work a minimum of four scheduled shifts per week with commitment to exclusivity at Tria
- collaborate with team members in the pooled wages system to promote fairness and teamwork
- maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere consistent with the DEIP committee guidelines
- ensure adherence to company standards and policies including the Tria Promise
