Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to pour/server alcohol
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 5 hours
- Frequently be able to safely lift bags cases and stack weight up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests
- Prior experience in a server or customer service role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Must obtain Food Handler and Basset certification within 30 days of being hired

Job Duties
- Sell food and beverages to bar guests in a friendly timely and responsible manner
- Work from verbal and written instructions
- Mix prepare and serve drink orders using standard recipes
- Practice responsible alcohol service monitor alcohol consumption and age requirements
- Operate cash POS system
- Accept payment and provide change
- Present menu actively sell and suggest menu items answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars
- Assist in the service of food and beverage to tables pre-bussing functions and the set-up and takedown of buffet table
- Request stock and check bar to monitor stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness of bar station and guest areas throughout the shift and at the end of the night
- Monitor equipment and beverage systems
- Promote upcoming and special events to guests
- Prepare bar top for next shift
- Use POS system calculator and common cleaning supplies
- Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly
- Perform other related duties as assigned
