We are currently seeking a dedicated Server and Bartender to join our team. This role is a dual-position that involves both serving guests at tables and bartending, requiring excellent knowledge of our menu items, wines, and beverages. The successful candidate will greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience while accurately processing orders and delivering timely service. They will serve charcuterie and beverages to guests, provide expert wine service including opening bottled wines, and maintain product knowledge to answer guest questions confidently.

As part of our team, candidates will act as ambassadors for the bar, fostering lasting relationships with guests and encouraging repeat visits through authentic and attentive service. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, alongside the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with setup and breakdown of service stations, bussing tables, handling to-go orders, seating guests, and answering phones as needed.

Job Requirements

2 years of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred
must have wine knowledge
food handler and alcohol awareness certifications
able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests
knowledge of or ability to learn the restaurant POS system is required
must be able to calculate the accurate bill amount and use proper credit card and money handling skills
excellent communication and presentation skills
hardworking, dedicated, with a real passion for hospitality
highly motivated and flexible with the ability to take initiative
flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
must be a team player
must be available evening and weekends

Job Qualifications

2 years of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred

Job Duties

Greet and welcome our guests and promptly attend to tables
receive and take guest orders, process in POS system quickly and accurately
learn and maintain product knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menus, as well as general restaurant knowledge and history
ensure that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience, if there are any complaints relay them to management
open bottled wine for guests and execute wine service
perform setup and breakdown of various stations (i.e. server station, bar)
assist with setting and bussing tables, taking to-go orders, seating guests, and answering phones as needed
attend all company and restaurant required trainings and meetings
maintain constant communication with support staff and management
take on responsibilities outside of this job as needed
