Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- possess a valid Indiana Liquor License
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours per shift
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ability to accurately handle money and process payments
- available to work Friday through Sunday brunch shifts
- strong teamwork and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- previous serving or bartending experience
- prior customer service experience
- high school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Greet guests within five minutes of being seated and provide a welcoming dining experience
- take accurate food and beverage orders while highlighting daily specials and menu features
- maintain a clean and organized table throughout the guest’s visit
- provide beverage refills and ensure guests’ needs are met in a timely manner
- upsell menu items and beverage additions when appropriate
- communicate effectively with the kitchen and support staff to ensure timely service
- deliver food and beverages accurately to guests
- present checks and process payments efficiently
- use the POS system to enter and manage orders
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests seated at the bar and for service staff in the dining area
- engage with guests seated at the bar and provide recommendations when appropriate
- ensure all guests consuming alcohol meet legal age requirements
- maintain proper bar inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- accurately ring in beverages using the POS system
- efficiently process guest payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area throughout the shift
- maintain Department of Health and alcohol service standards
- work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- assist with additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
