Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Indiana Liquor License to comply with legal requirements. Working shifts typically include weekends from Friday through Sunday during brunch hours, requiring staff who are reliable and flexible to meet operational needs. Physical stamina is important due to the demands of standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds during shifts. Experience in serving or bartending and a background in customer service are preferred, alongside a high school diploma or GED.

Job Duties
- Greet guests within five minutes of being seated and provide a welcoming dining experience
- take accurate food and beverage orders while highlighting daily specials and menu features
- maintain a clean and organized table throughout the guest's visit
- provide beverage refills and ensure guests' needs are met in a timely manner
- upsell menu items and beverage additions when appropriate
- communicate effectively with the kitchen and support staff to ensure timely service
- deliver food and beverages accurately to guests
- present checks and process payments efficiently
- use the POS system to enter and manage orders
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests seated at the bar and for service staff in the dining area
- engage with guests seated at the bar and provide recommendations when appropriate
- ensure all guests consuming alcohol meet legal age requirements
- maintain proper bar inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed
- accurately ring in beverages using the POS system
- efficiently process guest payments and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area throughout the shift
- maintain Department of Health and alcohol service standards
- work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- assist with additional duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations
