Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or serving preferred
- knowledge of state and federal liquor laws
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift moderate weights
- good personal hygiene
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Set up bars for daily functions and events
- serve beverages and food to club members and guests
- provide exceptional customer service
- adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations
- requisition and stock all bar supplies including beer, wine, spirits, and paper products
- maintain and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- greet guests courteously
- take and process drink orders
- mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes
- practice prudent portion control
- check guest identification for alcohol service
- detect and act upon guest inebriation
- lock up and store beverage products and equipment
- perform general cleaning and maintain health and safety standards
- arrange bottles and glasses attractively
- wash and sterilize stemware
- perform other duties as assigned
