Job Duties

attending to guests before, during, and after their meals according to our service model
all opening, running, and closing side work
working as a respectful and dedicated team member in our team service model
ensuring guests enjoy their stay completely and using problem-solving solutions with management to correct any mistakes
maintaining service awareness that ensures the timely delivery of food and beverages by checking on tables periodically throughout the service time
demonstrating a willingness and commitment to developing food, beer, wine and liquor knowledge via on-the-job training
applying problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
