Job Requirements

Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States (typically 18 or 21 depending on state laws)
previous experience in a server or bartender role within a hospitality environment
basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

Legal age to serve alcohol in the United States (typically 18 or 21 depending on state laws)
previous experience in a server or bartender role within a hospitality environment
basic knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)
experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology techniques
ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base

Job Duties

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive dining and drinking experience
take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to guests
prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and service stations throughout the shift
monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements
collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns
restock bar inventory and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
