As a Server/Bartender at Low and Slow Smokehouse, your responsibilities will range from greeting guests warmly and guiding them through our menu to serving up delicious smoked meats and pouring refreshing drafts from our full bar. You'll be mixing cocktails, recommending perfect pairings, and contributing to making the dining room and bar a lively and efficient space. The job is about much more than just serving food and drinks—it’s about creating memorable guest experiences by bringing your personality to the table, chatting with a diverse mix of pilots, locals, and visitors, and ensuring that orders flow smoothly between front and back of house. Working closely with the pitmasters and kitchen team, you help keep the energy high and the service seamless.
