PipeStone Golf Club is currently hiring part-time Servers and Bartenders, positions which are vital to maintaining the club’s reputation for outstanding food and beverage service. These roles require availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays, reflecting the club’s active event calendar and commitment to member satisfaction. In the role of Server/Bartender, team members are expected to deliver exemplary customer service while fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Servers are responsible for greeting guests, taking accurate food and drink orders, suggesting menu items and wine pairings, and ensuring timely and efficient service in a fast-paced setting. Bartenders prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain bar cleanliness and organization, monitor guest behavior for compliance with laws and club policies, and contribute to creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous server and bartender experience required
- strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- take food and drink orders and ensure accurate delivery
- provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu, specials, and wine pairings
- ensure prompt and efficient service in a fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and ensure guest satisfaction
- process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
- mix and garnish drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
- ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked
- monitor guest behavior and adhere to laws and club policies regarding responsible alcohol service
- create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for guests
- provide excellent customer service, making sure every guest feels valued
- maintain knowledge of the club's policies, menus, and events
- comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- perform other duties as requested
