The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking and delivering orders, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Employment is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, offering a competitive hourly wage of $14 plus tips. In addition to typical customer service duties, the Server/Bartender will uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards, collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with community and restaurant policies. Job Requirements
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand walk lift up to 25 lbs and work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Previous experience as a server and or bartender preferred
- Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
- Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service including taking orders delivering food and beverages and checking on guest satisfaction
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and responsible service guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas including restocking supplies and performing side work
- Accurately enter orders into POS system and handle cash credit transactions
- Follow community and restaurant policies regarding responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely accurate service
- Engage with community members fostering a welcoming neighborly atmosphere
- Adhere to health safety and sanitation standards at all times
