Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • provide prompt and efficient customer service
  • display knowledge of the food and beverage menu
  • take guests food and/or drink orders and turn into kitchen, bar, etc
  • serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
  • adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
  • check back to ensure guest satisfaction
  • replenish items as requested
  • suggest and serve dessert, coffee and other items as applicable
  • handle all cash and/or credit cards for payment following standard operating procedures
  • keep tables, dining room and work stations sanitized and organized
  • listen and respond to customer complaints
  • perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
