Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English including reading, speaking and writing
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dining area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, food, and beverage orders up to 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and health regulations
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
  • Availability for full-time PM shift
  • Must complete 60 days of employment to qualify for full medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits
  • Must complete 90 days of employment to qualify for vacation time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and safety regulations
  • Ability to train and supervise staff
  • Basic math skills for inventory and payment processing
  • Physical stamina and mobility
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Clear English communication skills including reading, speaking and writing

Job Duties

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following standard recipes to ensure established control systems are followed
  • Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests
  • Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time, complete closing duties
  • Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management
  • Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
  • Supervise and train employees in their respective duties
  • Manage the bar’s liquor and supply inventory
  • Develops purchases and supply orders, checks in recently purchased bar items, arranges inventory for special events and makes supplies readily available for team
