Located in a bustling area, our Lobby Lounge provides opportunities for growth within a supportive and dynamic hospitality environment.\n\nWe are currently seeking a full-time PM Bartender to join our team and contribute to the memorable experiences we offer. This position carries full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance eligible after 60 days, as well as floating holidays and sick pay. Vacation time of 40 hours becomes available after 90 days of employment. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays and possess clear English communication skills across reading, speaking, and writing.\n\nIn this role, the Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and established control systems to ensure consistency and safety. The role requires a commitment to exceptional guest service, with bartenders promptly greeting and courteously serving guests to create a positive and welcoming environment. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies, as well as effective inventory management and payment processing. This position requires physical stamina, as the bartender must be able to stand and move around the lounge for extended periods, often lifting trays and supplies, while operating in a lively, fast-paced atmosphere. The role also includes supervisory duties such as training staff, managing inventory orders, and preparing the bar for special events. Overall, this position is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and safety that define our Lobby Lounge experience.
