Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
- Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and provide receipts as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
