Job Qualifications
- Guest service mentality with a genuine desire to serve customers
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work site

- Willingness to identify additional tasks and assist others
- Ability to follow direction with focused attention
- Able to stand and maintain fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing all sports bar areas including restrooms following detailed cleaning checklists
- Following and completing high touch point cleaning checklists as required by season and location
- Complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Keeping stations and areas neat and clean using the clean as you go method
- Sweeping, wet mopping, and brushing floors as directed
- Wiping down chairs, barstools, and tables as directed
- Pre-busing and busing tables
- Restocking server stations
- Running food to tables
- Supporting servers and bartenders including assisting with glassware cleaning and restocking
- Performing other duties as assigned
