Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the sports bar including restrooms following detailed checklists
- Follow and complete cleaning checklists including high touch point times
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain clean stations using the clean as you go method
- Sweep, mop, and brush floors as directed
- Wipe down chairs, barstools, and tables
- Assist servers and bartenders by pre-bussing tables, running food, stocking stations, and cleaning glassware
